Jennifer Dowdy is in love with Jesus, wife, and mother of 7 children. Her family lives on a homestead in the woods where her children learn and work together as a family. Her family has a few solid convictions that lead our lives. We are Christians, we hold a Christian worldview and everything we do is viewed through that lens.
We believe in stewarding the land that God has given us and the entire world. We believe the home is the best place to raise and educate children.
When Jennifer found Charlotte Mason, her entire world changed. She brought her children home from elementary school and quit her job. Charlotte Mason inspired Jennifer to slow down and provide an education for her children that focused on the whole person, not just their minds.
Jennifer started “Charlotte Mason Mama” to encourage and walk alongside homeschool mothers. You can find her blogging at Charlotte Mason Mama.
